10. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

As established by the regulations, the consumer and user may not WITHDRAW from the contract in accordance with art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, by which the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is approved.

This right of withdrawal is not applicable for the following reason:

• Contracts for the supply of products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

In relation to non-personalized items, the user will have 14 days to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. The management of the transport for the return of the product and the cost thereof are the responsibility of the customer or user.

 

11. GUARANTEE

Products purchased through grafiquesriudebitlles.com enjoy a 30-day warranty period from the time of purchase, which covers possible manufacturing defects in the product, as well as any breakdown that occurs during this period.

The duration of the adhesion capacity is 3 years.

Consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or handling, incorrect installation or defects derived from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.
