We manufacture custom self-adhesive labels on rolls, based on customer designs, and we also offer standard labels for businesses and individuals in our online store.

Frequently asked questions (FAQS)

We've prepared a list of the most common FAQs to answer any questions you may have about our service.

1. What we manufacture

We manufacture self-adhesive paper labels on continuous rolls.

2. Type of printing and finishes

We print with up to six inks in a single pass, hot stamping, dry embossing, flat and/or Braille screen printing, embossing, and ink or ribbon reprinting.

3. Minimum and maximum quantity on custom designs

We manufacture custom designs from 1,000 units to a maximum of 200,000 units.

4. Maximum size of self-adhesive stickers

The maximum size we can print for your stickers is 240 mm wide x 250 mm high.

5. Reprints of finished labels

We can reprint finished labels with black ribbon as long as the surface is smooth. To reprint with ink, the die-cut detection mark must have been left in place without removing the cutout, or the design must contain a dark vertical stripe that serves as a detection mark.

6. Shipping or collections

Custom orders can be picked up in person at the manufacturing address or sent via courier service.

7. See the print runs

If the client requests to see the first print run of a new design, they will be notified in advance so the most suitable day can be scheduled.

8. Test samples

We don’t make test samples of the finished label; we only offer a digital proof to check the colors and design when requested. In all cases, we offer viewing of the print run so we can adjust the colors and finishes during the run.

9. Returns

Returns of customized products will not be accepted, except for those that do not meet the contracted characteristics and qualities.

10. Sales visits and budget

We have an independent sales representative who can visit you if you prefer this service. In any case, you can arrange a visit to our facilities so we can discuss the possibilities of your design and offer you the best quote.
