14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty.

 

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, please complete the form below. Once your request has been registered, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the steps to follow to return the products, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by applicable legislation, including:

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
